Visit Us

Our office is located on the highly visible Venice Beach boardwalk, but it can be hard to find. We are located in a three-story, grayish-green building one block west of Pacific Avenue and just south of Brooks Avenue. There is no sign on our building, so keep an eye out for the entry through our garage on Breeze Avenue. For the fastest and easiest route, use the following directions.

From the 405 freeway

Exit at the 10 Santa Monica Freeway West and follow directions below:

From the 10 freeway

Take the Fourth Street exit in Santa Monica and turn left

Turn right at the second light onto Pico Blvd

Turn left at the second light onto Ocean Avenue

Continue approximately 1.5 miles (Ocean Avenue will turn into Nielsen Way and Pacific Avenue)

Turn right on Brooks Avenue

Take the first and only left onto Speedway (an alley)

Take an immediate right onto Breeze Avenue

And another immediate right into Jerdes parking garage, where you will be greeted by a garage attendant. Please leave your keys in your vehicle in case it needs to be moved

Take the elevator to the lobby and sign in with our receptionist

From LAX

Cab drivers have many creative ways to get to our office. To ensure the quickest ride to our office, tell your driver to use the following route:

Exit the airport on Sepulveda Blvd.

From Sepulveda, take Lincoln Blvd. north

Turn right on Pacific Avenue

Turn left at the third light onto Brooks Avenue

Take the first left on Speedway

Take an immediate right on Breeze Avenue

And another immediate right into our garage, where you will be greeted by a garage attendant. Please leave your keys in your vehicle in case it needs to be moved
