Chino Hills Bell Eagle

  • Chino Hills, California 2007
  • Site Area: 3.4 acres

Bell Eagle at Chino Hills is a community planned to facilitate the interaction between the different elements of the resident’s lifestyle. The development is perceived as a true piece of town: a place where shops of different sizes line the streets, residences mix with retail and well-designed open spaces form the locations for community life. The center of gravity of the master plan is a mixed-use core that is designed as a collection of different building types, altogether unified by means of a contemporary architectural style. The feeling is one of authenticity. Residents and workers are provided with the benefit of shops, restaurants and community facilities within walking distance and visitors are welcomed by the impression of engaging in community lifestyle. The mixed-use core is organized around a market hall that offers a unique shopping and dining experience. In the tradition of fresh food markets, this is a place with fixed stalls for vendors offering produce, wines, gourmet items as well as local products.
