The Vermont

  • Los Angeles, California 2014
  • 980,000 square feet

As one of the largest multi-family, transit-oriented developments to be built in Los Angeles since 2008, The Vermont transforms a long-vacant lot into a vibrant urban residential environment. Located on a two-acre site on the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Vermont Avenue, directly adjacent to the Metro Wilshire-Vermont Redline station, The Vermont introduces a series of features reflecting Los Angeles urbanity and living. Designed to LEED Silver standards, 40,000 square-feet of retail and dining spaces and 900 parking spaces sit within a 7-storey podium, highlighted by two landmark high-rise towers rising above the public-private street anchor, offering a total of 464 for-rent apartment units.
