Best TOD Commercial Mixed-Use Project, Global Business Engine, China

After five years of construction, this landmark project is reshaping the business landscape of Xiamen.

Our design includes multiple signature public spaces, such as Topaz Lake, which creates a central gathering space.

This development helps PowerLong Group continue to lead the development of commercial properties in China.

Phase 2 includes first class offices surrounded by restaurants and bars.

Phase 1 includes the Xiamen Powerlong Signature Mall capped by a feature culture and entertainment upper deck destination.

The recently completed Phase 3 features a W Hotel and office tower, an unparalleled and iconic self-sustaining biosphere restaurant, and a SoHo high-rise building.

To create truly special, signature public spaces within this project, we designed not only a central lagoon, but a village rooftop that creates a unique and energizing experience in the sky.
