Ecologically sensitive masterplan
Acclaimed as the Sunshine State, Florida is a year round destination known nationally and internationally as a place to find an accessible retreat from day to day life "a place to embrace outdoor living". The 480 acre Hollywood Seminole Reservation envisions a thoughtful land use approach in the integrated development of entertainment, casino resorts, hotels, residential, offices and public space.

The proposed master plan is organized along the activated main spine of U.S Route 441. The surrounding uses that are on the perimeter of the reservation are taken into account in planning the appropriate programming to enrich the community and amplify the momentum as a gaming resort destination.
The open space embraces the site with a clusters of dense, lush Floridian landscape merged together with the water that branches throughout the site. Honoring the tribe's respect for the land, majority of the existing trees are preserved and protected in place.
Water is a powerful linking element in the master plan. The organization of waterways is an integrated combination of lakes, retention ponds, controlled water and recreation pools, in an approach sensitive to Florida's physio-graphic qualities.
