We masterplanned an entire experiential world of entertainment as part of a branded theme park destination. 5-star hotels, an aquarium, concert venues, and innovative retail are strategically placed in a gateway development just outside the main gates of the theme park. A circular transportation ring envisioned by JERDE takes guests from the parking lot through an immersive experience, and to the entrance of the park, inspiring curiosity and creating a journey of discovery along the way.

Celebrating the idea of entertainment captured by a choreographed series of courts, plazas, parks, water features, and other defined spaces and experiences, the project will create a unique destination and the premier attraction for the Sunac Culture and Tourism destination.

Interwoven experiences and attractions comprise the districts of the project. Each district will offer individually unique retail and culinary attractions, while complimenting adjacent districts as a collective experience.

Bridge

A series of pedestrian bridges will link the districts together, offer visual connections between the varied offerings, and mark the fantastic journey that lies ahead as one proceeds to the amusement park.
