Norwalk Mixed-Use

Community lifestyle district

This mixed-use destination is slated to become the new heart of Norwalk. The approximately 4-acre lawn which fronts the Norwalk Civic Center will soon be transformed into a mixed-use development featuring housing, commercial uses, and an open urban green space for residents and visitors alike. The goal is to have the entertainment district be accessible to the local community by any form of transit and give access to other businesses in Norwalk.

SITE PLAN

Our site plan takes the under-utilized lawn and transforms it into a public plaza with much-need housing, including close to 100 affordable units. Future phases will see the re-purposing of the existing City Hall and Courthouse buildings into more housing and other community amenities.

OPEN SPACE

The open green space which fronts the intersection of Norwalk Boulevard and Imperial Highway will become the heart of the project, while the mixed-use amenities will be a catalyst for future growth and development. The project will provide multiple buildings featuring up to 400 residential units and 150,000 square feet of commercial uses, included shops, restaurants, wellness facilities, and offices.

FULL BLEED

This project will breathe new life into the community and raise the city's economic vibrancy, creating a true mixed-use destination and entertainment district for people to live, work, and play.
